Wake Me Up......When September Ends!

No, I don't actually mean that (it's just a song). I had honestly believed that September would be the longest, most stressful month of my life. Turns out it's going pretty fantastically; it's only the 3rd day :) I love my life and all of the people in it. I can really, really say that this is where I want to be.....which is something that I have never been able to say while telling the whole truth.
I am STILL absolutely loving being a new Tennessean. Wow, I love living here. It's such a great little town. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. It's so nice to have our little family, and go to school, then just come home. I take Brody to the park pretty regularly. I am loving living yelling distance from the walking track and playground. I pull Brody around the track in his wagon almost daily! So relaxing!
Speaking of Brody....he has got to be a Super genius! He is smarter than any two-year old I have ever met. I'm sure some of you are probably thinking that I'm only saying that because I'm his mother, but I feel that you would agree with me! He says the smartest things! I am so blessed.
I am more and more thankful for Robert each and every day. Of course, he does a few small things that drive me insane, but we grow closer and closer with each trial and tribulation, and I KNOW that we will always be ok. He is really impressing me lately, and I love it :) For example, we haven't really been able to spend a lot of time together for the past month. I've been busy; he's been busy. And it's been really hard. I had myself so convinced that when we moved in together that everything would be this big fantasy fairy-tale dream or something. I was so wrong! Life picked up to about 100mph once we moved up here, with my student teaching and his work & school, and things spiraled away.....basically out of our hands. So, my wonderful, amazing, super-considerate fiance' decides (by himself) that we need a little getaway. (I totally agree) So he plans a family weekend in Chattanooga. We are staying at The Chattanoogan, going to the aquarium, seeing an IMAX movie, and just enjoying all of the fun getaway stuff! I cannot wait!
The wedding is coming at us at lightning speed! Which, if you ask me, is still not soon enough! 51 Days! Our invitations should be in at the end of this week or beginning of next week. I am so excited and can't wait! I know it will be the prettiest wedding ever!
